Five steps, one consultant
Most of the work is done before you meet a consulate. This is the whole sequence, with nothing hidden behind it.
-
01
Tell us your plan
Destination, dates, purpose of travel and how many applicants. Five minutes on the form, or a WhatsApp message.
-
02
We map the route
We confirm which country you must apply through, which VFS centre handles it, and what that authority actually requires.
-
03
Documents reviewed
You send everything through. A person reads every page and returns a gap list, so nothing is discovered at the counter.
-
04
Appointment and submission
We book the biometric slot, complete the form and brief you on exactly what to present on the day.
-
05
Decision and travel
We track the file to the decision, then your consultant stays on call right through to departure.
The difference is who answers
Applying a Schengen visa yourself is entirely possible. It is also where most refusals come from. Here is the honest version of what changes when a specialist handles it.
One approval.
Twenty-nine countries.
One short-stay visa opens the whole zone. Land in Paris, drive to Barcelona, cross into Italy. Nobody asks you for a second one.
What differs is where you file it. Every member state runs its own consulate route, its own appointment centre, its own reading of your papers.
-
You apply in one country
Where you spend the most nights, or your first point of entry. We tell you which, before you book.
-
Then you cross freely
No second application, no fee at the border. Valid across all 29 for the length of your stay.
-
We already know the difference
Switzerland reads an itinerary differently from Portugal. We have filed in every one of them.

Questions we are asked most
Five of the most common. The rest are on the full FAQ page.
Most applications are decided within 7 to 15 working days of the consulate receiving your file, though seasonal peaks and the country you apply through both affect this. Appointment availability is usually the slowest part of the timeline, which is why we book before anything else is finalised.
You apply through the country where you will spend the longest, and if those are equal, through your first point of entry. Spending two nights in France and eight in Italy means applying through Italy. Tell us your itinerary and we will confirm the correct authority before you pay anything.
The core set is a passport valid at least three months beyond your trip, a completed application form, passport photos, travel insurance covering at least EUR 30,000, proof of accommodation, proof of funds and an itinerary. The exact list shifts between countries and visa types, so we send a checklist specific to your application rather than a generic one.
Almost always, yes. First-time applicants normally give fingerprints and a photograph at a VFS Global or TLScontact centre in the UK. We book the earliest realistic slot and tell you exactly what to bring and how long the appointment takes.
Our service fees start at £80 and are quoted in full before you pay anything. Government visa fees, VFS appointment fees and travel insurance are paid separately and are never marked up. If we cannot deliver the service you bought, our refund policy returns the service fee we did not earn.
